Firearms Seized And Man Arrested In Dieppe

A 60-year-old man has been arrested after an incident in Dieppe on Sunday night.

RCMP received reports of a man threatening to harm himself inside a home on Lorette Street.

Police were able to take the man into custody outside of the home without incident.

He remains in hospital.

Officers also seized several firearms from the home, including rifles, shotguns and ammunition.
