The Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival will not be taking place this September.
A release states the decision comes following the province’s announcement prohibiting any concerts or festivals until next year.
Director of Music Programming, Brent Staeben says he’s heartbroken they won’t be able to present the incredible event they had planned to highlight the festival’s 30th anniversary.
The milestone will instead be celebrated in 2021 and Harvest 2020 Ultimate Passholders will be able to use their passes next year.
We were so looking forward to sharing that lineup with you. Now we must turn our efforts to protecting the incredible history we have all built together so that we can return to make indelible musical memories with you again in 2021. 2/2
