After over two weeks of being out of school and self-isolation, some teens are showing signs of anxiety and depression.

Atlantic Wellness Centre, is providing free access to mental health services.

Services are available online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We want to ensure that when our youth need us most, we are there to support them” says executive director Andrew LeBlanc. “The COVID-19 pandemic will certainly have an impact on our mental health and so we’ve adapted our services to operate online, ensuring that young people can continue to rely on our services when they need us”.

Youth between the ages of 12 and 21 have access to counselling if needed.

The clinic phone line is 1-506-501-5504 and lines are open from 8:30am to 12:00pm – Appointments will be booked for that day
