Moncton Wildcats Unveil Process For Playoff Package Refunds

If you purchased playoffs seats or flex packages for the Moncton Wildcats, steps are now in place to ensure you are refunded.

Officials say they will be automatically crediting all ticket accounts for the amount paid for the playoff tickets or flex package.

That credit will be applied towards season tickets or a package for the upcoming 2020/2021 season.

If you would prefer to have a refund, you are asked to email the Wildcats office and specify the method of payment.

If you paid by cash or debit, you’ll receive a cheque, or you can visit the Wildcats office once they are open again to receive the credit.

On Monday, the QMJHL League announced the 2020 President Cup Playoffs were being cancelled due to COVID-19.
