Interrupter Clause Forces NB Gas Prices Downwards Again

You’ll notice a difference in gas prices again this morning earlier than expected.

The Energy and Utilities Board dipped its gas prices overnight by 8.8 cents a litre.

The maximum prices now sits at 82.1 cents and several stations in Moncton are selling for around 79 cents a litre this morning.

Diesel and furnace oil prices stayed the same, but predictions expect they will be down at midnight tonight when the regular weekly price adjustment is made.

No word on what regular self serve gas prices will do tonight.
