For the first time ever, Tim Horton’s will be providing more sustainable ways to play ‘Roll Up the Rim’.
The coffee shop’s iconic contest returns next month with a few new ways to play.
It starts on March 11 and runs for four weeks – until April 7.
For the first two weeks of the contest, guests will have to opportunity to win with physical cups and digitally.
For the last two weeks of the contest, it can only be played through the app or online.
Additionally, guests using a reusable cup or mug will receive three digital rolls.
In an effort to reduce waste, customers are encouraged to use reusable cups and mugs and play online or through the app’ (Photo courtesy of Tim Horton’s).
They’re also replacing the idea of “please play again’ in digital play for chances to win 100 thousand dollars, while cups will encourage the player to download the app.
Tim Horton’s will also kick things off by giving away 1.8 million reusable cups.
