Candidate Named For Ward One In Town Of Riverview

A Riverview resident has announced his intentions to run in the upcoming municipal election.

Stephen Gouzoules is seeking election in Ward 1 in the Town of Riverview.

Some of the issues he will be focusing on in his campaign are parks, trails, families and opportunities for small businesses.

He also wants to ensure residents in Ward 1 are prepared for the planned closing of the causeway in 2021.

His great uncle Claude Curwin served as Councillor in the same ward from 2008-2010.
