Marissa Shephard Trial Dates Set for 2021

Dates have been set as Marissa Shephard returns to court for another first degree murder trial.

Shephard was convicted in the death of 18 year old Baylee Wylie, who died in December 2015 in Moncton.

She appealed and her conviction was overturned in October last year.

Shephard will be tried again in August 2021 in a case that is expected to take around two months to complete.
