Three people were taken to hospital early this morning after being attacked with pepper spray.
Around 2 a.m. Sunday morning, Codiac RCMP were called to the Robinson Court area of Moncton for a report of several people assaulted with pepper spray.
Officers say there was also reports of a person with an edged weapon in the area.
Police secured the area, and paramedics treated several people for the effects of being sprayed.
Three men between the ages of 20 and 25 were also taken to hospital. Officers say there were no serious physical injuries.
RCMP say they do have a suspect, but no arrests have been made.
An investigation is ongoing.
