The Salvation Army is now accepting donations for those impacted by the massive wildfires in Australia.
Fires have been burning for months now and have scorched more than 50,000 square kilometres.
Almost half-a-billion animals have died in the fires despite the best efforts of conservation agencies and more than 50 people have either died or have been reported missing.
The Salvation Army has been providing support to both residents and those on the front lines fighting the fires.
