



Josh and Gen are trying this NEW YEAR NEW YOU thing! They plan on walking around Jones lake 3 to 5 times a week, and they are now making healthier breakfast choices as well…Like these Egg Cups 🙂
crack 4-6 eggs
add veggies of your choice for example, red onion, yellow and orange peppers, tomatoes, spinach, cheese ext
add salt and pepper, garlic powder ( or fresh garlic ) red pepper flakes hot sauce ext,,,
bake at 350 for 20 minutes 🙂
