Third Break-In At Moncton Business In Four Years

The Case Depot Cell Phone Repair shop is dealing with another break in at their store on Mountain Road.

Co-Owner Stephane Leblanc says they got a call from the alarm company at around 9:15pm last night, “There was an alarm going off, and when we arrived on site, we found the glass on the door broken. We waited for the RCMP to arrive. But, unfortunately they made off with 25 cell phones and tablets.”

Leblanc says the front door was smashed, along with two display cases.

He adds this is their third break-in, in four years.

“We’re definitely looking at seeing what we can do to enhance our security, but I feel we did everything we could to try and keep people out,” Leblanc says.

RCMP are investigating, but there have been no arrests yet.
