RHS Reassures Parents After Reports Of Potential Threat

Some parents from Riverview High School are on edge this morning, after a post on the school’s Facebook page overnight.

It informs parents and students, that school staff received reports of a potential threat to the RHS community.

An investigation was done by school staff and RCMP, but it was determined that there is no immediate threat from this situation.

The school is continuing to work with the RCMP, but they say students may notice an increased police presence at the school.

Questions should be directed to the school’s office.
