In Alberta, a small community is shaken after five people including three children were killed in a tragic house fire.
It happened Thursday afternoon around four o’clock in Rochfort Bridge around 100 kilometres northwest of Edmonton.
Officials say that despite extensive efforts, the home was destroyed.
Joe Blakeman, Reeve of Lac Ste. Anne County where the fire took place, says the community is trying to heal.
He adds they are not releasing any more information right now out of respect for the family members of the victims.
Local fire officials and the RCMP are looking into the cause of the blaze.
