Second Quarter Results For NB Liquor And Cannabis NB Released

NB Liquor has released its latest financial results for the second quarter.

Total sales for the 13 weeks from July 1st, to the end of September were $126 million.

That’s down 2.3 per cent from the same quarter last year.

Beer sales were down over $4 million, while the sale of ciders and coolers increased by over $1.1 million.

Wine sales increased by $200, 000, and spirit sales decreased by $400, 000.

Cannabis NB also released is financial numbers for the same time period.

It appears the majority are buying their pot in store, accounting for almost 99 per cent.

Total cannabis sales were $10.7 million, with over 84 per cent of the purchases being for dried flower.

1.2 million dollars worth of extracts were sold.

Other sales include seeds and accessories.
