Climate Action March To Be Held Today In Downtown Moncton

A reminder you may face some slowdowns in the downtown today.

Over 600 people are expected at today’s Symbiose Moncton Global Climate Protest.

These are being held worldwide to demand better measures against climate change from all levels of government.

Several downtown businesses will be closing their doors over the noon hour today, to allow staff to take part in the march.

It will begin at noon at the Avenir Centre. Marchers will make their way down Main Street to City Hall, where they will gather for speeches.
