New Brunswick Football Players Tackling Two Tournaments In Ontario

Two teams of football players representing New Brunswick are in Kingston, Ontario over the next week, as they battle for two trophies.

One team is looking for a victory in the Football Canada Cup, while the other, is looking for a win in the Under 16 Eastern Challenge.

Eight provincial teams, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, British Columbia and host Ontario are competing in the Canada Cup.

Teams from Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec and Ontario are vying for the gold medal in the Under 16 Eastern Challenge.

Both tournaments are being played at Queen’s University’s Richardson Stadium.
