Recall Issued For Brand Of Bookcase Sold AT IKEA

A brand of bookcases and glass cabinets sold at IKEA are being recalled due to the risk of falling.

The HEMNES products were sold in different colours in April 2017.

Some of the shelf supports may not be long enough.

Over 66, 000 of the products were sold in Canada.

To date, the company has received two reports of falling shelves, and two reports of minor injuries.

Those who have the product should contact IKEA for a free repair kit.
