NBSA Appoints New General Director

The New Brunswick Student Alliance has recently gained a new general director.

Kjeld-Mizpah Conyers-Steede, or KJ, says he is excited to be part of the largest student organization in the province.

He says he looks forward to representing students and ensuring the government hears their concerns.

Conyers-Steede has previously worked on design consulting with the provincial government as well as done some work with the St. John economic development team.

According to KJ, the post-secondary sector contributes a significant amount to the province’s GDP.

He believes students are the base of the province and that it’s important they are well represented, for the sake of the province’s future.
