NB Power may disconnect entire neighbourhoods or individual during flooding.
This is at the potential request of the Department of Public Safety’s Technical Inspection Services
They have asked NB power to disconnect homes if there’s a safety risk in the area.
NB Power says properties could be disconnected as precaution, even if they aren’t experiencing flooding.
