Greg Thompson Recovering In Hospital

St. Croix MLA Greg Thompson is recovering in hospital from health problems.

In social media posts on Tuesday, Premier Blaine Higgs says Thompson is improving daily.

While the Intergovernmental Affairs Minister takes time to focus on his health, Premier Higgs will take on Thompson’s responsibilities.

Higgs says they stand shoulder to shoulder with him and his family and they look forward to his return.

The 72-year-old served six terms as an MP for the Charlotte County area and also served as the Minister for Veteran’s Affairs.
