Codiac RCMP are reminding residents once again to keep all valuables in your vehicle out of sight.
Inspector Luc Breton has told Dieppe City Council that a rash of break-ins has been reported recently in the community.
He says vandals have been smashing vehicle windows in some instances and items like sunglasses are being stolen.
The activity is mainly happening at night.
In many cases, Breton says vehicles are being left unlocked and sometimes even keys are being left in them.
