Moncton Firefighters Save Pets From Ryan Street Home

Two pets have been rescued by Moncton Firefighters from a home on Ryan Street.

Platoon Chief Paul Bruens says a call came in at around 11am this morning, about a house fire.

When the 18 firefighters arrived, there was light smoke coming from the home.

No one was there at the time, but firefighters did manage to get two dogs out without injury.

Bruens says there is damage to part of the home and the garage.

There’s no word on a cause yet.
