A 31-year old Memramcook man is facing a charge of assault causing bodily harm in relation to an altercation in Moncton that left three people in hospital.
Joshua Belliveau will remain in custody until his bail hearing on February 8th.
On Wednesday night around 10:15, the RCMP were called to Whitney Avenue and Argyle Street where they found three men in need of medical attention.
Two of those men have since been released from hospital – one of whom is now in custody.
A fourth man was seen fleeing from scene, and police are still searching for him.
