Thousands In Contraband Seized At Dorchester Penetentiary

More than $3000 worth of contraband has been seized at the Dorchester Penitentiary.

Correctional Services Canada found packages containing tobacco and 20 packages of rolling paper earlier this month.

The value is estimated at around $3200.
