It will cost you more to ride the bus in Greater Moncton starting January 1st.
Codiac Transpo has announced a single fare will increase by 25 cents while all passes will jump by $1.
The new fare will be $2.75 while the new adult monthly pass will be $65 and the new seniors/students monthly pass will be $50.
Free transit will still be available on Wednesdays for seniors (age 65 and older), young children (age 5 and under), CNIB cardholders as well as reduced daycare rates.
