The full closure of the Harrisville Boulevard overpass linking Moncton to Dieppe has been extended.
The Department of Transportation says the overpass spanning Route 15 will be closed until at least mid-to-late October.
Officials say the extended closure is needed to wrap up construction before the colder weather arrives.
Detour signs are in place to direct traffic around the closure.
