Mental Health Services Available For Those Who Wish

Various organizations throughout the province are urging people to seek help if they need it in the wake of Friday’s traumatic shooting in Fredericton.

CHIMO Helpline tweeted that trauma and PTSD can result even from situations in which you are not directly involved, adding talking is a good place to start.

Fredericton Police chimed in, saying we are not alone, and are all grieving together.

They are encouraging people to look out for one another in this difficult time.

The Government of New Brunswick also reminded the public that Tele-Care services are available by dialing 811.
