A 55-year-old man was taken to hospital with unknown injuries after an alleged assault in Moncton’s bar district.
Emergency crews were called to Robinson Court shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday.
RCMP Cpl. Anne-Marie Poitras told our newsroom officers were led to the suspect and he was arrested.
Poitras said a 34-year-old man will appear in court at a later date to face charges.
Both men were “very intoxicated,” said Poitras, and the incident remains under investigation.
