Number Of Dementia Cases To Skyrocket

The World Health Organization is warning the growing number of cases of dementia might overwhelm healthcare and social service systems by 2030.

The WHO estimates the number of people living with dementia is expected to triple to 152 million by 2050.

It’s also estimated the annual global cost of dementia in U.S. money is $818 billion but the cost could very well double to $2 trillion U.S. by 2030.
