New Brunswick’s Green Party Leader David Coon is thrilled to see another elected member in the PEI Legislature.
Hannah Bell won in a by-election for Charlottetown-Parkdale last night, to hold the second Green seat in that province.
Coon says the winds of change are blowing across the Maritimes.
