It worked once before and they are hoping it works again.
The provincial NDP has announced that their leader Jennifer McKenzie is going to seek a seat in the legislature by running in the riding of Saint John Harbour in the next provincial election.
It is a seat that was once held by another NDP leader, Elizabeth Weir.
The announcement was made during the provincial NDP convention held this weekend in Fredericton.
