A 63 year old man and a 73 year old woman from Newfoundland are facing charges after the seizure of illegal cigarettes during a traffic stop in Moncton.
RCMP pulled over a vehicle on October 25 on Highway 2, and discovered 42, 000 cigarettes inside.
Another court date has been set for the man and woman in February next year.
