Building permits in Moncton continued to rise in the third quarter that ended September 30th.
The value came in at $63.1 million and that compares to $37.7 million during the same period last year.
The largest drivers of commercial and residential permits include a new cold storage facility on Frenette Avenue, a Precision Lab facility on Providence Street, and the expansion at Curl Moncton.
The majority of institutional permits came from renovations at Harrison Trimble High School and at the Moncton Hospital.
