Two men are facing charges in connection with a break and enter over the weekend.
Codiac RCMP responded to a complaint Saturday at a business on Mountain Road and arrested two men and a woman – all from Moncton – at the scene.
The 29-year old woman was released pending a court appearance in January.
35-year old Nathan O’Brien pleaded guilty to three charges, including break and enter, and resisting arrest.
He will remain in jail until his sentencing hearing October 16th.
47-year old Stéphane Fournier pleaded not guilty to the same three charges and will stay in prison until his bail hearing this Friday.
