A financial technology company that recently chose Moncton for its latest location, is now on the hunt for good workers to fill new jobs that are being created over the next four years.
Co-Founder of Dream Payments Brent Ho-Young says they’ll be looking for skilled workers in areas including software development, systems engineering and mobile application development, “Those are very high paying jobs, but more so, fulfilling careers, for those who want to work in Innovation, and in software overall.”
He says their hope is to find skilled workers here in the province, “Research, as well as working with Opportunities NB, to really work through our plan, looking at the local talent, as well as throughout the province, universities and colleges that can help us fulfill our needs now, and as we grow too.”
Up to 125 jobs were announced yesterday for their Main Street location.
The jobs will be created over the next four years with a 2 million dollar investment from Opportunities NB.
