A major financial boost for the South East Sexual Assault Centre, thanks to a group of men who walked a mile in her shoes.
They each slipped into a pair of high heels last month and walked through Moncton’s downtown. Their efforts helped to raise over $32, 000.
Centre Director Genevieve Latour says these funds will help with things like training for workers and volunteers as well as providing information and guidance for the survivors.
