Police have found an Ontario couple and a newborn baby who were staying at a motel in northwestern New Brunswick.
A 26-year-old woman and her 30-year-old husband had been staying at the Quality Inn in Saint-André since April 15.
Police say the woman delivered a baby in a room sometime before May 25, but no one had seen them and there was concern for their well-being.
Investigators located the couple and the baby at a motel in Edmundston late Monday evening.

They’ll appear in court Tuesday afternoon in relation to care for the baby, who police say is in good health and was taken to hospital for observation.
Officers also found two dogs in poor health and they were turned over to animal care authorities.
