A teenager is facing charges in the wake of an attack at the fair being held on Mountain Road by East Coast Amusements.
Around 10:30 Friday night, the RCMP were called to Fairlane Plaza after reports of people having been attacked with bear spray by unknown suspects.
18-year old Brendan Bastarache of Dieppe will remain in custody until his bail hearing Tuesday afternoon regarding a charge of assault with a weapon.
Victims were treated at the scene, or taken to the local hospitals for decontamination and treatment.
