Flags are flying at half staff today at the Universite de Moncton after the death of an Associate Professor.
Dr. J. E Louis Malenfant held roles on numerous committees including the Academic Senate, and the Board of Governors.
He was also the Dean of the Faculty of Education from 1979 to 1984 and the Vice President of Human Resources and Student Affairs from 1985 to 1994.
A funeral was held for Dr. Malenfant today in Shediac.
