Survey Found Canadians Still Checking In At Work While On Vacation

Will you unplug yourself from work when your take a vacation this summer?

A recent survey by Accountemps found that 46 per cent of millenials between the ages of 18 and 34, will check in with work during their holiday.

That number is a little lower for employees aged 55 and older, where only 27 per cent plan to maintain some contact.

The survey also found that professionals plan to take an average of nine days vacation this summer, that’s down from eleven in 2017.

Accountemps surveyed more than 550 workers from across Canada.
