Dieppe’s newest Councillor at Large was elected last night.
Lise Lebouthillier beat out Pascale Paulin in a by-election held last night to fill a vacant seat.
That seat was left vacant last fall, with the departure of Jordan Nowlan.
Over 18, 000 voters were eligible to cast a vote. Around 14 per cent took the time to mark an X on a ballot.
