Teachers Needed For Francophone South School District

The Francophone South School District has launched a campaign to recruit teachers and to promote the teaching profession.

Superintendent Monique Boudreau says the district is facing a shortage of teachers and the problem is expected to get worse over the next few years.

Boudreau says the campaign is designed to encourage more people to choose teaching to ensure the district has quality teachers for the long-term.

École L’Odyssée teacher Justin Guitard is among those who will tour the district’s high schools and talk about his passion for teaching.

The Francophone South School District is now hiring staff to teach this September.
