A significant minority of women in New Brunswick report having been sexually harassed according to a new poll from Corporate Research Associates.
CRA asked 384 adult New Brunswickers to take part in the telephone survey given the recent discussion surrounding sexual harassment.
One-quarter of adults who responded have experienced sexual harassment while one-third of women have endured such an incident.
Within the last five years, one in ten residents say they’ve been sexually harassed while for women, it works out to one in six.
CRA conducted the poll over a three week period last month.
