Local Company Creates Free App To Help With Spending Habits

A Moncton company has launched an app that will help people to manage their finances.

Co-Founder of Quber Jen Leger says the app focuses on your spending habits, “We use the concept of saving jars and brought them into a mobile app. At the same time, we introduced the cash flow section, so you can add all of the different banks that you have. Then you can get the full picture of your money in, money out. If they are trying to trying to spend less, we also can let them know how they’re doing.”

Leger says they have had a great response so far with a lot of people downloading the free app.

“We’ve had great traction so far. We’re very happy with what we are seeing. We’ll probably do a big marketing push over the next month or so, but right now we are just getting a lot of organic growth. People sharing and people telling their friends.”
