Police are investigating after information of a threatening nature was received at Birchmount School today.
Anglophone East School District implemented their emergency evacuation procedure, and all students were moved to NBCC on Mountain Road.
Students were then bused home or picked up by parents.
Superintendent Gregg Ingersoll released a statement that says safety remains their top priority.
No further details were provided.
