There are four styles, each of them also include a stuffed toy attached.
The company has found that use and wear of the product can cause the ribbons on the product to fray and unravel, and as a result snaps can detach and pose a choking hazard.
Over 10, 000 of these products were sold in Canada and around 590, 000 in the US, between August 2015 and February 2018.
As of last months, there have been been two reports in Canada, and 67 in the United States.
