New Brunswick remains one of the most affordable places to buy a home in Canada.
According to the Canadian Real Estate Association, the average home here sells for around $179, 000.
The Association says New Brunswick still carries its share of expensive homes as well, with the highest on the market right now, sitting at $6.9 million, for a home in Lake Utopia.
The most expensive in New Brunswick right now are waterfront properties, many of them with private beaches.
The eighth most expensive home on the market is in Dieppe. It is located on the Petitcodiac River, has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
