Students from the four Moncton high schools will find out what a day in the life of a Mayor is like.
They’re taking part in 2017 YouthFest at Moncton City Hall.
Students will participate in a mock election for the position of Mayor followed by a town hall meeting where they will debate lowering the voting age to 16.
They’ll also take part in presentations on the subject of active transportation and immigration followed by a breakout session to discuss these topics.
