Premier Brian Gallant is defending his government’s economic record which has come under attack by the Opposition Conservatives.
Gallant says there khas been economic growth since 2015 which is expected to continue this year.
The Premier goes so far as to say the provincial economy is the largest it’s been in decades, if not ever.
The Opposition Conservatives are charging the Liberal Government has come up short in his promise of how many new jobs would be created.
